When I first started and began building my website, my dear friend encouraged me to explore the site of a woman she followed on Instagram. We admired the layout and aesthetics of her website. However, I didn’t pay much attention to the details of her work or even her name. My focus was solely on the design, which I passed along to my web designer, and I didn’t think much more about it afterward.

Fast forward a bit, Elaine was cleaning out her closet and found a book she had bought but never read. It was called The Reluctant Healer. Thinking I might be interested, she gifted it to me. I accepted the book and placed it in my closet, where it began its journey of collecting dust.

Some time later, my friend hosted a Breathwork party. She invited a group of us, and I experienced Breathwork for the first time. I was blown away by the experience and felt compelled to learn more. I approached the Breathwork facilitator to ask where she had learned this modality. She told me her teacher was Erin Telford and that she was located in Brooklyn.

When I got home, I immediately Googled Erin and visited her website. To my shock, I realized she was the same woman whose site Elaine and I had admired during my website design process. I quickly signed up for the training session, eager to embark on this new path. When I received my confirmation from Erin, I saw that the sole requirement for the class was to read a book by David Elliott, with a link to purchase the book. My heart dropped; I walked into my bedroom, opened my closet, and there it was—The Reluctant Healer. I dusted it off and began my Breathwork journey.

I am excited to announce that I will be facilitating a weekly Breathwork class starting in September.

It’s Divine Time to heal yourself and shine your light!

Energy healing is an ancient practice found in every culture around the world. Before western medicine, people understood that there was more to the physical body and that there is a powerful source within us all. Energy healing works directly with the body’s energy centers. Energy centers are often referred to as chakras in Hindu texts or meridians in Chinese medicine. These vortexes of energy are constantly changing. Therefore, your emotions and state of being are constantly changing too. Energy blocks occur when a persons energetic body is compromised. There are lots of ways this can happen, trauma, stress, pain, and loss are a few.

My approach to energy healing incorporates many different modalities including Reiki, Integrated Energy Healing, Essential Oils, Channeling with Angels, Sacred Geometry, Sound Healing and much more. Each session is tailored to meet the needs of the client. Whether you are coming for an attunement, healing, or training I am intuitively guided to the energetic blocks within the body. Removing these blocks raises your awareness of who you really are. Sessions will provide you with the tools needed to remove energetic blocks and, raise your vibration, and unlock your life purpose. When you are balanced you eliminate, stress, anxiety, depression, and other distractions that put us out of alignment. You will leave feeling an overall sense of peace, confidence and direction.
