Call Your Power Back

I call my power back to me.

From every person, place, and entity.

From every space, portal, time, and dimension.

From every connection, attachment, and vessel where I left it.

Anyone and anything that is attempting to siphon my energy, you do not have my consent to use my vitality, and I call my power back.

I now release that which is not my own.

I lay down the weight that doesn't belong to me. As well as the weight that does.

I forgive all things and all people.

I forgive myself.

Be focused and mindful with your words

You are undergoing a great shift at this time, a shift in thinking, a shift in behavior, a shift in understanding, a shift in perceptions and perspectives. The shift is occurring at a cellular level, yet you are experiencing it in your physical form. remember to breathe.

Each breath that is focused upon with the intention of focusing upon it brings you back to a moment of clarity and peace. During these shifting times, as the energy that is surrounding you vibrates at a higher level and moves to and fro at a much quicker pace, your breath will help you to navigate those shifts in a calmer mind and body space.

Just breathe.

You are safe at these uncertain times and your awareness of what's occurring on a broader scale is pinpoint. You understand that the darkness is making a move and the light is feeling as if a hand is placed upon its mouth.
