Defensive driving through the New York Safety Program
Looking to save on your car insurance or drop some points from your driving record? Now’s the time to take advantage of CSEA’s Defensive Driving benefit through the New York Safety Program!
CSEA members and their families are eligible to attend a six-hour course at a reduced rate of $23 per person in a classroom environment or $23.95 per person online. Online classes are available 24/7, 365 days a year, so the course can be completed at YOUR convenience.
After successfully completing the course, you will be entitled to a 10% reduction of your collision, liability, and no-fault insurance base rate premiums each year for three years. In addition, if you have incurred traffic violations you can reduce up to four points on your driving record in total.
Classes can also be arranged for CSEA Locals or Units.
