Step inside your private infrared sauna experience—designed to help you slow down, reset, and fully relax.

Arrive
Check in at the front desk and be guided to your own private sauna suite, thoughtfully prepared for your session.

Prepare
Remove makeup, lotions, and oils. Change into a plush robe or towel and slip on your protective eyewear to get comfortable.

Enter & Customize
Inside your sauna, enjoy infrared heat and red-light therapy, plush towels for seating, and adjustable music, lighting, airflow, and a phone charger—fully customized to you.

Relax & Restore
Spend 30–45 minutes surrounded by gentle warmth as your body detoxifies, releases muscle tension, boosts circulation and lymphatic flow, supports skin clarity, and calms the nervous system.
