PSA to all our asthmatics when shoveling heavy winter snow! ❄

If you're someone who is supposed to premedicate before exercise, it's important that you take 15-20 minutes before you shovel to take two puffs of your albuterol inhaler! Cold air for asthmatics can be a significant trigger for an asthma attack and it's crucial to take care of yourself to avoid any major issues.

Ever had eyedrops taste weird a minute later? 👀😖
That’s usually because the drop is draining through your tear duct into the back of your throat.

✅ Quick fix: After you put the drop in, gently press the inner corner of your eye (near your nose) for 1–2 minutes. This helps keep the medicine where it belongs.

Watch Dr. Garrett demonstrate the right way to use eyedrops—so you get the benefit without the taste.
