"I highly recommend the intuitive reading by Meredith. This was my first ever reading of this nature, and the insight I received from an initial 60-minute reading was well worth it. It cost less than a regular 45-minute psychotherapy session and brought me more peace and insight than I could have anticipated. How do you know you outgrown something/someone/profession?

You no longer feel filled, satisfied, at peace, or joy. I'm not talking like "oh today was a bad day." or "I'm a little bored". Instead it's the feeling of prolonged dissatisfaction, feels like heaviness in the body, stuckness, and like no matter what you do there's your not appreciated, valued, seen, or heard. Time to chisel you're little iceberg away and float on!

Unpopular Opinion: Putting things down/Moving away- hobbies, people, jobs, places, is not "quitting". We're supposed to grow. In order to grow you have to make room and space to meet new energies- people, places, and activities. Can't do that if you're still holding onto the Old of anything!
Once you put the thing you've outgrown down, you make room and signal to the Universe you're ready to receive the New.

**HOW ARE YOU SENDING ENERGY TO YOURSELF TODAY?**

At times it can become overwhelming or perplexing of "Where do I even begin?" when sending energy. One question you can ask yourself is< "Where does it hurt"? OR you can also ask yourself,
"Where do I need the most support?"

Because Quantum Touch can go beyond just physical aches, pains, and injuries, you have the ability to send to other aspects of life too! 2023 Taxes, exercise routine, that boss or that co-worker, a job search... just to name a few 😉 ALL are places one can send energy!

A quick sample below:
A breakdown of where I sent energy to myself this morning:
20 minutes to charging all of my chakra centers and energy body for the month of April 2024.
20 minutes spent with a giant April calendar in front, sending energy into all of April 2024, 1-30th, and then specific dates that stood out.
Break sip water and journal for 10-15 minutes.
3. Ran heart energy into and around my sneakers and the new activity of running. I recently picked of jogging again and thought why not, and see what happens?
4. 10 minutes spent sending into the ever growing and lengthy "To Do" List, particularly the task that may cause more resistance.

3. Your cellphone.

4. ***Inside*** of Your Gym Bag!

5. Underneath of your mattress.

6. Your charms, crystals, jars, decks, and another other spiritual tools.

7. Underneath of your work desk.

8. Old storage spaces and Old Files.

9. In and around your toilet and bathtub.

Quantum Touch and Reiki are the primary tools I use to clear stagnant energy.
I've used healing energy to clear:
People: men, women, and kiddos.
Spaces- businesses, schools, and offices.
Media: Websites, social media handles, and business cards.
Charging your space and items with energy makes a difference in whether people come in or turn away, your business phone rings or doesn't ring, whether families enroll in your school or go somewhere else.
I don't know how many times I've heard a business owner say, "It's just been SO SLOW" despite "doing all the things".
Again, it goes back to the intent.
Yes, messaging DOES matter too, but it means nothing if the energy behind the words isn't in alignment. 😉

Before COVID people were willing to do readings over the phone or zoom, however they still primarily preferred in person. However, post- COVID, pivoting all readings and energy work to entirely online has allowed a vast expansion to work with people from all over the country.

As silly as it sounds, it's fun to hear and learn about different people's perspectives. Overall though the message is often the same, Change is a Coming. Spiritual Awakening is happening. It isn't' always comfortable of course! For some it's their first one, for others like myself another of several. The Universe/God/Spirit/The Force is going to call you to do this work if you're meant to. You can't run and ya can't hide lol.

I'm always so quick to jump into the next year. This year I wanted to start different and sent energy into "Meredith of 2023" instead.

Last night I had this grand plan to send energy into all of 2023 and the first minute of 2024. Well, I fell asleep by 11:15PM lol.

The cool thing about energy work is it's outside of space and time. We can't change the past per se, however sending energy can certainly shift our perspective on it. Often times, gaining new insights or information for healing and progress.

So instead, with my morning cup of coffee sent energy in "2023 Meredith".

People often think they have to be "special" to learn how to send energy to themselves and the ones they love, but that is the furthest thing from the truth.
