💟Take a journey through the chakras w/Rebecca. The chakras are the 7️⃣ energy points in the body which correspond to nerves, major organs and emotional and physical well-being. They should stay “open” and aligned to maintain well being throughout the body and mind. In this 3-hour workshop Rebecca will guide you through a brief study of each chakra, including its location, color, element and more. She’ll then guide you through a flow designed to activate and open each of your chakras. 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️🧘This workshop will culminate with a chakra meditation leaving you feeling open, aligned and completely relaxed☺️
