Haley is a Licensed Esthetician who joined renew.calm in May 2023. While she has been with us, she has traveled to NYC, Montreal, and the greater Boston area, as well as participated in numerous in-house trainings in order to further her education. She specializes in Lash Lifts and Tints and enjoys all facets of skincare. Haley especially enjoys working with clients with acne, helping them manage their active acne, as well as, old acne scarring.

Carol went from being a long-time client to a "fill-in" receptionist when renew.calm staff member, Natalie, went on maternity leave. Carol had experience...she had retired after many years of working in the Sales Department of a local leather goods company. Plus, she had a trip to Italy to pay for and thought this might be "fun". And it has been!

While she has "officially retired" from renew.calm in June of 2024, she still fills-in at the front desk whenever renew.calm and our clients need her. We love Carol and are grateful for the care she gives our clients.
