You go to the dentist twice a year to keep your teeth healthy… so why not do the same for your spine? 🦷➡️🦴

Chiropractic care isn’t just for when you're in pain — it's about maintaining function, preventing issues, and keeping your body moving at its best 💪✨
That’s where your treatment plan (and maintenance care) comes in!

Because taking care of your spine should be just as routine as brushing your teeth 🪥😉

That sound you hear during an adjustment?
💥 Not your bones cracking!
It’s just gas being released from the joints — totally normal, totally safe, and not nearly as scary as it sounds 🙌

Think of it like opening a soda can... with way more health benefits 😉

“You train hard, you have to rehab hard—it’s part of the game.” 💪
In this clip, I’m using the Graston technique to break up scar tissue and improve mobility in a young athlete’s shoulder.

When you’re constantly pushing your body—whether it’s on the field, the mat, or in the gym—recovery and rehab are just as important as the training itself.
We want every part of the shoulder working right, not just for performance, but for long-term joint health 💥

Let’s talk shoulders 🏈🤼‍♂️
In this video, I’m working on a high school athlete who plays both football and wrestles—two sports that put a lot of demand on the shoulder joint.

The shoulder is stabilized by a group of muscles called the rotator cuff—there are about 5 different muscles that help keep everything in place and allow you to retract the shoulder back.

For athletes like this, repetitive impact and overuse can cause the shoulder to shift forward, leading to instability and pain.
So first, we adjust the joint to help bring it back into alignment and restore proper movement 🔧💥

Chiropractic care isn’t just about relieving pain—it’s about protecting the body so it performs at its best.

Yes, even your chiropractors get adjusted! 🙌
In this video, Dr. Kerwin and I are adjusting each other—because everyone benefits from chiropractic care, even us.

We always tell our patients: your body functions better when it’s in alignment. And we mean it. That’s why we prioritize getting adjusted regularly too.

It’s not just about pain relief—it’s about staying energized, mobile, and aligned so we can keep showing up for all of you 💙

Mid-back adjustments are one of my favorites—so many patients don’t realize how much tension they’re holding until we release it. 💥

This area plays a big role in posture, breathing, and how your body moves overall. It’s always rewarding to see people walk out feeling lighter and more open. 🙌💙
