We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health care team on a PRN basis.

Requirements:

-Active RN license in good standing
-Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in home health care
-Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
-Excellent communication and documentation abilities
-Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

-Supervise and support home health staff
-Conduct patient assessments and oversee care plans
-Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
-Coordination with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
-Provide high-quality patient-centered care in the home setting
