This is 47.

Was gonna do a yoga pose post, but honestly, I’m tired. Been tired for a long while, but finally starting to find me again after quite a few years of healing and healing with loved ones. That s**t is tiresome.
My little takeaway from the last year is simply this:
✨When people show you who they are, believe them. Notice patterns.
✨Protect your energy, you get to decide who gets it, when and where to use it.
✨Trust your gut, truly listen, feel it and follow it. Stimulus//Response and the space between.
✨Be in the constant Pursuit Of Magic. If you have it hold it real close. It’s sacred.
✨And the one I’m working the hardest on, sending love to those that have hurt me the most.
I love you all. See you really soon. ♥️♥️♥️

Heyyyyyo Hotties!! Guess what!??

Wanted to let you all know that we have new neighbors!! 💕
SOL Boutique Fitness is back and you may see some new faces coming and going.

We have been trying to fly under the radar this past month and work out any operational kinks before really opening the doors and letting the word out completely.
(still working on a few things ☺️).

But in the mean time, we wanted to let you all know you have new Neighbors at the HYMV Studio!! Whoop Whoop!

SOL Boutique Fitness is accepting limited memberships and they are going to fill fast with how intimate of a space it is.

We will all be sharing the common spaces, as well as, the hot studio with you all in between classes.

Since it is such a small space with limited availability we are working with a membership format that allows for pre-booking of our machines and the studio space in between classes, so our members can guarantee the time they have booked and carved out to be there. 💕

As we all know carving out time in our schedules and making that commitment to your own personal health and wellness can be so hard to do. SOL is hoping to be able to provide you a space and means to make it easier to fit into your busy lives 💕 It allows you more flexibility and will hopefully make it easier for you to make it happen.

✨SUMMER 2025✨So many of you, in addition to our summer hot yoga family, have asked so here you goooo! We will be hosting a 200hour Yoga Alliance Certified Hot Yoga Teacher Training. This teacher training will consist our OHY (Original Hot Yoga~formerly known as Bikram) lineage, as well as, our traditional hot vinyasa teacher training!!!
