I received a beautiful facial with added energy healing, and during the session she shared a vision of my feet in chilly forest waters — a message of release and a gentle shock to awaken the system.

Afterward, on a mindful hike, I followed that guidance and placed my feet in the stream. It was breathtaking. With every breath, I felt myself dropping deeper into presence. Surrounded by the quiet beauty of nature — in a place in the woods that holds deep meaning for me — I felt held, supported, and deeply connected to Mother Earth.

There was a comforting sense that everything is going to be okay… even better than okay. I felt a profound release and grounding.

Since the beginning of this year, I’ve been shedding layers of stuck emotions and softening the walls of fear around my heart — not intentionally built, but present nonetheless. Now, what remains are healthy boundaries rooted in love.

I feel more aligned and at peace. And the facial by Nikki was absolutely amazing.

My word for this year is RENEWAL — and this experience felt like a beautiful step in that unfolding.
