🦃❤️ A Loving Heart Thanksgiving Tradition ❤️🦃

Every year, our team comes together to prepare Thanksgiving meals for our patients — and this year was our biggest yet! We proudly delivered over 100 homemade Thanksgiving meals to the individuals and families we care for.

None of this would have been possible without the dedication, teamwork, and compassion of our amazing employees. You showed up with full hearts and helping hands, and because of you, so many of our patients were able to feel seen, cared for, and remembered this holiday season.

Thank you for going above and beyond — not just today, but every day. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you. ❤️
