Honored to be returning to this incredible sanctuary for the third year, where horses have given their hearts to help others heal from trauma. Soon, I'll be providing healing sessions for these beautiful animals. Watching them nuzzle and lay next to me is truly a privilege. Grateful for the opportunity to give back to these gentle souls.

I had a profoundly uplifting evening receiving sound healing tonight with cacao and reiki it’s very rare that as a sound healer reiki practitioner giver it’s rare that I receive it’s been 3 years since my last sound bath as a participant I’m deeply honored.

Today is truly breathtaking - the picturesque countryside is a serene escape from the world, with vibrant fall colors, lush greens, and an array of wildlife, including birds, chipmunks, turkeys, and dragonflies. It's a day that embodies the beauty of the interconnected world, both seen and unseen. I feel deeply grateful to be serving this wonderful retreat and its participants, guiding them through transformative breathwork, yoga, and a sound bath that yielded heartfelt moments of connection.
