CHC, Inc. received the High-Value Care Award. “HRSA signifies this award by highlighting the Health Center that demonstrated a commitment to delivering optimal patient care while simultaneously ensuring fiscal responsibility and efficient resource utilization, benefiting both patients and the healthcare system as a whole.” CHC’ Inc. was the only one that received this award in Utah! Only 12% of Community Health Centers received this award in the Nation and we were one of them. Congratulations to the CHC team!
