The House Appropriations Committee has released the FY 2026 appropriations bill, which provides $184.5 billion for Labor, HHS, Education, and related agencies. Of this amount, $108 billion goes to HHS. That is $7 billion less than in FY 2025. The funding supports rural health, primary care, workforce development, behavioral health, and more, including $100 million for the Make America Healthy Again initiative.
