EXHALE is a 45-minute monthly meditation practice led by a rotating Roots instructor, designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and fully rest. We'll begin with gentle breathwork and short dharma, move into a guided meditation, and close with quiet rest and an optional mantra.

No movement. No experience required. Just space to breathe and be.

As our community continues to grow, so does our commitment to creating a calm, intentional, and supportive experience for everyone🤍

Starting March 3, our updated cancellation & no-show policy will go into effect. When you cancel a class you are unable to attend, it opens the door for another Roots community member who's hoping to move and care for themselves that day 🫶

These guidelines are in place to support shared accountability, respect everyone's time, and protect the peaceful experience we all come to Roots for🤍

Shining another spotlight on one of our amazing teachers, Tracey 💖

Tracey is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, wife, and mother. She loves to share her passion for breathwork and yoga by creating an environment where each person can come home to their body and remember their worth. When she’s not teaching, Tracey loves to swim, hike, and spend time with her family. Tracey has two adult sons. Married for 28 years, Tracey and her husband Doug enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, and theater.

Sunday Soul this week with Kiersten✨️

Step onto your mat with Kiersten as she leads our Sunday practice.

Sunday Soul is a peaceful and soulful start to your Sunday - a 75-minute morning yoga session to rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul. We always begin with a longer practice of breathwork, giving the opportunity to go inward and notice.
Breathwork then directs us into mindful, vinyasa movement, focusing on aligning our breath with posture. Class aims to create a balance between the mind and body, leaving the prior week behind and gaining awareness towards how we can create a new experience each week.

Trataka: A Candle Gazing Meditative Workshop

Step into stillness through the ancient practice of candle gazing, also known as Trataka. In this guided workshop, we will gather in our softly lit space to calm the mind and sharpen inner awareness. Beginning with gentle grounding, breathwork, and intention setting before moving into guided candle gazing.

Trataka supports mental clarity, focus, intuition, and emotional balance. We will close with a short meditation and reflection allowing the effects to gently integrate.
