West View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center We provide private rooms and semi-private rooms all offering individual heat and air conditioning.

West View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center – A Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120 bed skilled nursing and long term care facility located in West Warwick on Route 117 also known as Legris Avenue. We are family owned and operated and have been providing consistent quality care to the residents of Rhode Island since 1978. Our team of health care professionals demonstrates this tradition of excellent care each day, working to partner with each resident and their family to achieve maximum recovery and maximum satisfaction all in a warm and caring setting. Our commitment is to treat every resident with the respect and dignity that he or she deserves, and to involve them and their family in the development and implementation of their care plan in order to maximize positive results. We have living rooms and dining areas on each living unit and a spacious main dining room on the ground floor. Our attractive and secure courtyard complete with flower gardens and walking paths provide a peaceful retreat for residents and families.
