Our fitness program incorporates cardio training and strength training so that you can burn fat and increase strength at the same time. Our classes are designed for people of all fitness levels. For every exercise you are shown by a MAX Certified Transformation Coach, there are different variations and modifications so that people who are brand new to training can work in with people who are in gr

eat physical shape. Our nutritional plan is based on eating a clean diet and knowing exactly what types of foods are healthy to eat. We will coach you through how to measure serving sizes and which types of foods are most beneficial to your health. All foods you eat on our program can be found in your local supermarket and you will be shocked at how just changing the foods you eat can affect your mood and energy throughout the day! We feel our fitness program is the most complete fitness program one can choose to be a part of because we address all aspects of physical fitness. Most people realize, to make a significant change in their appearance they will need to change their fitness and nutritional habits, but what is most powerful about MAX Fitness is that we address how to motivate yourself and surround yourself with the right influences so that you can stick to the plan and follow through on your goals. We provide an amazing support system and our environment in the class is a team atmosphere where everyone is working
