I signed up for EARLY MORNING cardio classes - like 5:45 am early on MWF - to help motivate myself to commit to a workout routine beyond yoga.

I鈥檓 NOT a morning person and this is not going to be easy. But it鈥檚 the only time I can fit it into my life schedule right now.
