If you've stopped drinking, have cut back substantially—or are considering either of those options—know you're not alone.
Lots of individuals are making changes, and really listening to what is best/better for their bodies, mental health & overall well-bring.
More people are recognizing there are coping tools & techniques outside of alcohol, that will ultimately serve them so much more.
I will always celebrate when people honor what they really need, what empowers them, and what brings them more joy & health versus a quick fix or "just doing what we've always done".
Enjoy that beer or glass of wine, or don't. Either way, you deserve to feel the best you can. 💖
