Earlier this month, our young adult survivor group battled each other on the pickleball courts at Smash Park! This yearly event has become a favorite and we had some new faces this year join the event. We're grateful for the participation of our young adults and their competitive spirit!

Our Mindful Mobility class is a practice based on research in oncology, taught by a trained & certified Y4C teacher at Inner Space on Mondays and the Waukee YMCA on Wednesdays.

It is our mission to create a loving environment for participants to build a healthy immune system, strengthen bones & muscles, and improve emotional & physical side effects caused by cancer and treatments.
