Lamoni Specialty Care in Lamoni, Iowa earned a deficiency free survey result from the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing and recognizes team members for their commitment to delivering high quality care.

Recently, several participants in our Earn‑to‑Learn RN Program were invited to the Care Initiatives Corporate Office to meet with the grantor who helps make this program possible. During the visit, these team members shared their experiences, feedback, and goals—insights that will help strengthen the program and support potential expansion in the future.

At Care Initiatives, we believe in investing in our own. The Earn‑to‑Learn RN Program allows current team members to pursue their Registered Nurse (RN) degree while continuing to work. Through grant funding and a partnership with Purdue Global, participants receive significant tuition support, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

Designed for working adult learners—especially LPNs and CNAs—this program is already making an impact, with more than 20 Care Initiatives team members currently enrolled.

We’re so proud of these students for sharing their journeys and taking the next step in their careers!
