Life can get really overwhelming, really fast!! Especially when it feels like everything is happening at once or you’re stuck trying to figure out who you are in the middle of the chaos. Whether you’re healing from old wounds, navigating big changes, or just trying to remember that you deserve love and joy, you don’t have to go through it solo.
I’m Sonia, and my goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are!! Messy feelings, big emotions, dark humor and all are welcomed and embraced in my space. I’m laid-back, real, and believe that sometimes laughter is just as important as processing the heavy stuff. Your story matters, and wherever you are in it, I’m here to walk with you as you grow, heal, and rewrite the parts that no longer serve you.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based tools to help with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and childhood trauma. I also support people navigating stress, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is multicultural, inclusive, and fully LGBTQIA+ affirming — a space where you can feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood!!
