As we close out Social Services Month, I want to take a moment to recognize the backbone of Pine Acres Nursing and Rehabilitation—Grace, our dedicated Social Services Designee.
Grace consistently goes above and beyond for the residents we care for. She approaches every situation with compassion, patience, and a calm demeanor that brings reassurance not only to residents, but also to families and team members. Her ability to listen, advocate, and follow through makes her a trusted point of contact for so many important needs within the building.
Whether she is supporting discharge planning, assisting with transitions, or simply taking the time to ensure a resident feels heard and understood, Grace leads with professionalism and genuine care. Her presence strengthens our team and reflects the values we strive to uphold every day at Pine Acres.
We are grateful for her dedication, her heart for service, and the meaningful impact she makes on the lives of our residents.
