Omega 3 levels have been heavily researched as being an better indicator of cardiovascular risk than cholesterol. In June, we hosted a workshop on Inflammation. We also started an Inflammation study, including patients and staff, that consists of testing Omega 3 levels at the beginning of the study, taking Yoli Omega+ for 3 months and then re-testing Omega 3 levels. We wanted to learn how our Omega 3 levels are affected as well as how we feel. So far we have had reports of skin being more hydrated, joints being less painful, and less inflammation overall from patients. We should have results soon which we will share. Oh how we love nature. 🍃💚And incorporating as many of these as we can into our daily diets BEFORE our families ever get sick. And then we depend on them further, in many different forms! to help support our families & our patients throughout the upcoming cold/flu season.
