Fun Fact: Eating an apple or other fruits (strawberries, kiwis, pineapples, oranges) can help clean your teeth by increasing salivation and reducing cavity-causing bacteria. And more saliva is good, because it decreases acidity in your mouth and washes away particles of food that lead to decay. Just make sure all fruits are cut into small pieces to avoid damage to braces!
