It also holds the title of American Heart Month. American Heart Association encourages all to focus on their reevaluate their health by:
❤️ learning how to monitor your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels regularly
❤️ adopt a heart-healthy diet, quit smoking, and manage stress through techniques like yoga or meditation
❤️ aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week
❤️ aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep nightly to support heart health
❤️ learning CPR to help in emergencies
