I used to believe all of these.

And for a long time, I thought the problem was time… but it wasn’t.

It was the stories I kept telling myself that made taking care of me feel optional instead of necessary.

The truth is:
You don’t need perfect timing.
You don’t need a perfect schedule.
You don’t need a fresh start on Monday.

You need small moments you actually follow through on — even when life is busy.

10 minutes counts
A walk counts
During nap time counts

Next time you go:
• Sit fully (no hovering)
• Don’t push or rush
• Let your body relax
• Breathe

Think: restroom = rest.

Rushing, straining, or hovering can actually make it harder for your pelvic floor to do its job.
