Happy first day of spring! 🌼
Time to dust off the bikes, get outside… and maybe regret it immediately.
Because spring movement isn’t always relaxing solo walks.
Sometimes it's:
• Carrying bikes your kids “totally wanted to ride”
• Running after a dog that saw a squirrel
• Lifting strollers, soccer balls, and the occasional confused toddler
Your body works harder than you think — and yes, that counts as exercise. 💛
