WHY SHOULD I SEE A SPORTS THERAPY SPECIALIST? Sports therapy should be an important element in your training routine. Most athletes see soft tissue therapy as either relaxation or part of injury repair. Sports therapy should be used on a frequent basis to help minimize injury.
