Something that usually gets confused from what I’ve been told by doctors today is that CTCL is a blood cancer that attacks the skin. So technically it isn’t really skin cancer even though the cancer is in the skin … lol this can be very confusing and I will be changing the Photo to say CTCL instead to prevent further confusion.

Hi guys! Update for me! I went to get my first treatment done today at the hospital. I did Phototherapy for 30secs. Yes, 30 seconds !!!!

lol they start you off slow and add on time each time you go based off of your reaction to it and consistency.

I will be receiving this treatment 2x a week. The reason they’ve decided to start with non-systemic treatments is because it has less side effects and currently even though I have wide spread symptoms and leisons it’s only impacted my skin which is great news so far.

I will update with my experience with phototherapy and if anything changes soon!
