No one really teaches you how to talk about s*x…
But it impacts so much in your relationships.

Desire. Connection. Confidence. Intimacy.

And when something feels off? Most people just… avoid it.

So we’re changing that.

In our latest episode, we’re opening up the conversation around:

✨ S*xual apathy & why low desire isn’t always a problem
✨ The emotional, physical & relational factors that impact s*x drive
✨ Desire discrepancies in relationships
✨ S*xual identity, orientation & expression
✨ S*xual health & why it matters more than we think
✨ S*xual anxiety—and what might be underneath it

Because at the end of the day… talking about it, is the skill that changes everything.

Let’s talk about s*x... when we’re not having it — or not having enough of it.

A new episode of the Let’s Talk Polyamory Podcast is now streaming, and we’re tackling one of the most common challenges couples face whether they are monogamous or non-monogamous: mismatched s*x drives.

From our own experiences and the work we’ve done with clients, we’ve noticed three things tend to be true
* People have different s*x drives
* The difference itself isn’t usually the problem — it’s the meaning couples attach to it
* Talking about it gives the relationship a much better chance

In this episode we talk about:
✨ why desire differences create tension
✨ the stories couples tell themselves about s*x
✨ responsive desire
✨ tools to move away from the blame game
✨ ways to navigate these conversations in both monogamous and non-monogamous relationships

We also get personal and share how differences in desire show up in our own relationship, including how menopause and pain have impacted Tara’s experience.
