We offer 2 plans: 14-week plan or monthly coaching. It’s up to you which membership you prefer!

Brent Nutrition Perks:
- No cookie cutter programs. All programs are created with each individual in mind. You will never be given the same plan as another client.
- 24/7 support. If you have any questions or concerns, we will always be here to help you in any way we can.
- Weekly check-in’s. Check-in’s consists of progress photos, measurements, weight check and most importantly how you personally feel. Weekly check-in’s are both beneficial for the coach and client. These weekly follow ups are important so if any changes need to be made, the adjustments can easily be done.

We offer a 14-week long nutrition program. Within the time frame of 14 weeks, we will help you achieve your goals, Whether it’s getting ready for an event (wedding, vacation, etc), trying to fit into your clothes better, put on muscle; we will create a game plan to suit your needs.
