Strength isn’t just about producing force.

It’s about controlling it.

These exercises challenge stability, coordination, balance, and reflexive core control by forcing the body to react to constant movement and changing loads.

Great for golfers, active adults, and anyone looking to move better and build real-world strength.

DM me “REACTIVE” for the full workout.

This hits on something a lot of people feel but don’t always say out loud:

They want to be understood, not just treated.

Most people think physical therapy is just exercises and stretches. But the right approach goes much deeper.

This is what care should feel like.

💬 If you are tired of surface-level care and want a deeper, more personalized approach, let’s talk about your goals and see if we are the right fit.

Most people mock what they don’t understand.
Until the results become impossible to ignore.

Stay consistent.
The work always speaks for itself.

Most people think exercise intensity is about heart rate or how much you sweat.

But what if the most accurate tool is already built in?

Your body.

The RPE scale, Rate of Perceived Exertion, is one of the simplest and most effective ways to guide exercise intensity, especially for active adults.

For most people trying to stay active, healthy, and independent, the sweet spot is spending more time in that 5–7 range, with occasional pushes higher when appropriate.

If you want to learn how to train with the right intensity, DM me “RPE” for more details.

The seated thoracic rotation test in the TPI screen shows how well your upper back rotates when the hips are locked in place.

For golf and any rotational sport, your power and control depend on separating upper and lower body rotation. If the thoracic spine is stiff, your body will steal motion from your low back or shoulders, which can reduce speed and increase stress.

Here are 4 exercises to improve it:

1. Foam roller thoracic extension
2. Sidelying open book
3. Rotation side bend opener
4. Resisted torso rotation

Better thoracic mobility = cleaner rotation, more efficiency, and less compensation in the swing.

Many people who are diagnosed with osteoporosis hear one message over and over: be careful.

So they start avoiding movement. Avoiding lifting. Avoiding things they used to enjoy because they’re afraid of making something worse.

That fear is real. But with the right guidance, the right exercises, and focus, movement can become something that builds confidence again instead of taking it away.

A diagnosis is information, not a stop sign.

If you’ve been told you have osteoporosis and feel unsure about what your body is capable of anymore, there is a safe way to rebuild strength and trust in your body.

💬Let’s talk about what that could look like for you. Click the link in bio to schedule a call.

Walking speed is one of the clearest functional indicators of overall health and longevity. Changes in pace often appear before major mobility problems, making it a valuable early signal. Many people assume slowing down is just part of aging, but walking speed is modifiable with targeted strength, balance, and mobility work. Working proactively — before limitations compound — helps preserve independence and resilience over time.

💬 If you’ve noticed changes in your walking, let’s work together so you can age proactively.
