Lip filler self-care is all about protecting your results, minimizing swelling, and letting your lips heal beautifully 💋✨

Immediately After (First 24–48 Hours)
• Ice gently (10–15 min at a time) to reduce swelling
• Expect swelling, tenderness, or mild bruising — totally normal
• Avoid touching, massaging, or kissing the lips unless instructed
• Sleep on your back with your head elevated
• Skip makeup, lip balm with actives, or lip plumpers
• Stay hydrated, but avoid straws

What to Avoid for 48 Hours
• Alcohol & salty foods (they increase swelling)
• Intense exercise, saunas, steam, or hot yoga
