Dr. Pahlavan is part of the team supporting children and adolescents with autism in our specialized inpatient program, designed for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health needs alongside an autism diagnosis.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, he brings individualized, thoughtful care that honors each patient's unique strengths, communication style, and needs, helping to create a structured and supportive environment where stabilization and growth are possible.

During Autism Acceptance Month, we recognize the importance of individualized, compassionate care for every child.

For some families, needs can become more complex and require a higher level of support. Our Inpatient Special Needs Unit provide structured, evidence-based care for children and adolescents with Autism who are experiencing acute behavioral health challenges.

Our program incorporates behavior-analytic interventions, supported by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatry, psychology, and occupational therapy.

Our team is here to guide families through these moments with compassion, expertise, and a focus on stabilization and progress.
