I had such a thoughtful conversation the other week that I wanted to share with all of you 🌿

For this episode of Everyday Wellness with Nurse Bev on Westborough TV, I sat down with , an interior designer whose work focuses on creating homes that feel calming, supportive, and restorative to live in.

This conversation will have you reflecting on how much our environments really affect us!

So many of us are carrying stress, mental clutter, overstimulation, and exhaustion.

As a nurse, I see how often thyroid concerns are missed, oversimplified, or reduced to a single lab marker, even when someone clearly does not feel well.
