There’s a lot of noise in the integrative and functional health space, so when you come across someone whose approach to whole-body wellness truly aligns with your own, you pay attention.   
   
It was such a joy to spend some IRL time with last night!   
   
Ashley first came on my radar a couple of years ago at a conference, where she was sharing her work on personalized, integrative approaches to weight health, using continuous glucose monitors to personalize care. Naturally, I loved it.   
   
When she launched her GLP-1 Optimizer Certification Course, I couldn’t wait to learn from her and absorb her insight into this rapidly evolving field of integrative weight health.

My passion for functional nursing began when I realized how often patients were left searching for answers that conventional models of care simply didn’t have time to uncover. I wanted to understand the deeper “why” behind their symptoms and help them build true health, not just manage disease.
