Congratulations to Cynthia Conigliaro of Work Well Webinars, the Chamber’s January “Member Success Manager (MSM) of the Month”! As an MSM volunteer, Cynthia plays an essential role in strengthening our Chamber community. She warmly welcomes new members, actively volunteers at Chamber events, and helps support member retention by engaging our members with the many benefits and opportunities available with their Chamber membership. Her commitment, enthusiasm, and professionalism make a meaningful difference in helping members feel connected, informed, and supported.
Cynthia has been in the field of health and wellness for over 25 years. She has a BA in Psychology from College of the Holy Cross and graduate degrees in Social Work (MSW) and Business (MBA) from Boston College with a focus in Marketing.
Cynthia is the founder of her corporate wellness presentation business Work Well Webinars, a company that designs and delivers wellness presentations virtually and in person to companies, schools, hospitals, and groups across the country.
For the past five years Cynthia has held a variety of roles at Organizational Wellness and Learning Systems (OWLS) addressing complex workplace issues including burnout, work life balance, team building, corporate culture, leadership, and more.
Cynthia has worked as a coach at several well-known wellness centers in New England and graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, IIN, in 2012. She has been a health and wellness coach for over 25 years through her coaching business Cynthia Wellness and is currently a coach and presenter at Release Well Being Center in Westborough. Trained under Mike Dooley as an Infinite Possibilities Coach, she has led groups of hundreds in mindset and resilience workshops.
Cynthia has volunteered at the Worksite Wellness Council of MA (WWCMA) for over six years and is on the Programs and Marketing committees. She is an Infertility Support Group Leader for All Paths, coaching resilience, stress management and mindfulness.
