Hi, I’m Jeralyn Dalbeck, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) at Perennial Recovery in Westborough, MA. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, addiction, guilt and shame, anger management, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in creating a safe space for healing and growth. Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in singing I’m currently part of a barbershop chorus that brings a lot of light into my life.
