Wellness looks different for everyone. For some, it means eating healthier, getting outside, soaking up the sunshine, exercising, or simply taking a quiet moment to reset. For others, wellness can be spending an extra few minutes with a beloved pet, going for a walk, or enjoying the comfort animals bring to our lives.

Over the past year, Perennial Recovery Center has continued to grow, evolve, and strengthen our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality mental health and substance use treatment to the individuals and families we serve.

We are proud to now have an incredible team of dedicated professionals leading the way — bringing experience, empathy, leadership, and passion to every level of care. From clinical leadership and outreach to our expanding mental health and substance use teams, our staff is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where healing and growth can truly happen.

Jesse’s journey with Perennial has been a true reflection of his dedication, leadership, and passion for helping others. From starting as a Substance Use Disorder Clinician, to serving as Program Director, and now stepping into the role of Executive Director, Jesse has continually led with compassion, integrity, and purpose.

His commitment to supporting both clients and staff, along with his heart for service, has made a lasting impact throughout our organization and the communities we serve. We are incredibly proud of all Jesse has accomplished and excited for this next chapter under his leadership.

Christi brings extensive clinical leadership experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping individuals heal and thrive. Her passion for behavioral health, dedication to quality care, and collaborative leadership style make her an incredible addition to our team.

As Clinical Director, Christi will help lead our clinical staff across both our Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder tracks — continuing our mission of providing exceptional, person-centered care to every client we serve.
