Welcome Spring with Renewed Energy!

New Class: Choose Happy

After a long, cold winter, the arrival of spring is the perfect time to refresh and renew.

To celebrate this new season, I’m excited to offer a 5-week program called Choose Happy, starting in April.

This class combines rhythmic movements and stretches designed to open both your body and mind, helping to release negative energy and invite happiness and positivity in its place.

It’s a wonderful way to align your body and mind, embrace new ways of thinking, and create a positive shift in your life.

Each 50-minute session will gently guide you through movement, allowing your body to flow through every plane, followed by a mindful reflection to end the class.

Together, we’ll empower ourselves to choose happiness and foster a more positive mindset.

The program will begin on Thuursday, April 3 at 6:15pm and we’ll meet weekly. The final session will be on May 1.

I am looking forward to seeing you in this Zoom class. Join us as we work together to Choose Happy!

New Fitness Meets Wellness Program

Hi Everyone,

After a long, cold winter, the arrival of spring is the perfect time to refresh and renew.

My Virtual Studio
As a reminder, my programs are mostly offered remotely.

I’ve been using this format for almost three years and my clients have really enjoyed the convenience of remote workouts. You can workout from home, vacation or anywhere else you can get an internet connection.

If you haven’t tried a remote class, I’d encourage you to join one or sign up for personal training with me.

I’m offering remote training and classes to people in several states now. You can get a great workout without having to go to a club or leave your home.

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to let you know that the second session in my new program called Fit Talks, is scheduled for Tuesday, October 8 and I hope you'll consider attending.

Fit Talks is an 8-session program focused on enhancing your overall fitness, wellness and lifestyle.

Once a month, for 8 consecutive months, I'm offering a one-hour, interactive session on Zoom to focus on an important aspect of your of fitness and wellness.

You can enroll in one session or as many as you'd like. The schedule for all of the sessions is available on my website.

This month's topic is The All-Important Core: It's not just abs.

Many people assume that the core muscles are primarily your abdominal muscles, the abs. They are much more than that.

The core muscles support your stability, balance, spine and contribute to your ability to bend and twist, among many other things.

In this 60-minute session, we’ll focus on the benefits of a strong core, like reduced lower back pain, better functional fitness and improved posture.

We’ll also cover specific techniques and exercises you can do to improve the overall strength of the powerhouse muscles we call the core.

You’ll have an opportunity to try out new exercises, stretches and techniques so you leave with the tools and a plan for using new knowledge in your workouts and everyday activities.

Plus, we’ll have fun along the way.

In this age of sitting at desks and in front of our computers and devices so much every day, our posture can fundamentally change for the worse. Forward head posture and rounded shoulders can result from prolonged computer use. This so-called “tech neck” can lead to various musculoskeletal issues, such as neck and back pain, headaches, and even long-term spinal problems.

In this session, we’ll focus on how you can use some gentle stretches and postural alignment techniques to release these areas, reduce tension and pain and help prevent recurrence of the problem.

Starting this September, join me for Fit Talks—an engaging, 8-part series designed to enhance your fitness, wellness, and overall lifestyle. Each month, we’ll gather for a one-hour, interactive Zoom session focused on a vital aspect of your well-being.

Drawing on over 25 years of experience as a fitness trainer and coach, I’ve designed this series based on the most common questions and challenges my clients face. Each session zeroes in on a unique topic, such as managing back and neck pain, reducing stress, and using exercise and nutrition to boost your energy levels.
But this isn’t just about talk—it’s about action. You’ll learn practical strategies, try out new exercises, stretches, and techniques, and leave each session with actionable steps to enhance your fitness journey.
