This initiative is designed to strengthen the delivery of care for individuals with substance use disorders and mental health conditions as they transition from incarceration to the community.

Jessica is a palliative care social worker at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, recognized for her nationally and internationally presented work on medical interpreter training. She'll receive her award at the Paving the Way Health Care Interpreter Conference on May 15th.

Jessica Goldhirsch, MPH, MSW, LICSW is a palliative care social worker with Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute's Department of Supportive Oncology. Ms Goldhirsch has published and presented nationally and internationally on innovative medical interpreter training including the multi-year series Dialogues in Palliative Care.
