Fears grow in our mind when we don’t face them…we can face our fears by simply acknowledging our fears and discovering ‘why’ they exist for us. Most fear is irrational…some isn’t. Unless we face the fear, we cannot discern the difference. Either way, it is action that aids with extinguishing fear…
