If you want to fix your hip and back pain, but you always find something else you need to be doing when it comes to your home exercises, you're doing yourself a disservice.
You have to do the work at home to supplement what you are doing in the clinic if you want to feel better.
But I get it...it's hard to fit it in with all of life keeps lifing.
That's how I know you need exercises you can do at your desk, while grocery shopping, or when you're bringing the laundry upstairs.
Exercises like these you can do anywhere and anytime.
