I will be leading this & look forward to sharing my vision for it.
• Spring can be a powerful time for personal and spiritual awakening encouraging us to let go of what no longer serves us and embrace new
growth. It can also be about embracing self-love and a great reminder to reconnect with our true selves. Let's take this opportunity to calm our nervous systems, bond with our inner selves, and honor our bodies "as is." We will do this through guided meditations, journal prompts, and group discussions.
• The Maine Afro Yoga project is a nonprofit donation based studio committed to holistic healing, empowerment, and social justice.
