Hi there you guys! I almost didn't sign up for this because it felt too hard... out of my league. But then someone said to me, "it's not as hard as the challenge these kids are facing." And that was that.

“Softness in horses has the same value as happiness in humans 🥰” ~ Hearts and Horses, Buxton ME

I got the opportunity this weekend to treat this 21 year old princess, Thelma. Laminitis in horses is real and I was just so impressed with the effectiveness of bringing down the swelling in her ankles with just one treatment! It was amazing!!
This brought me an incredible amount of joy and the experience is one I will cherish. I learned so much!! 🥰🥰🥰 THANK YOU Hollie, Kyla and Thelma 🤠🫶🦄✨That was magical for me✨

E N E R G Y:
✨It’s all just energy, right?✨

“Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; rather, it can only be transformed or transferred from one form to another.”

Stress… to me, is just energy that your body would prefer to transform or transfer into another form of energy.
So, instead of waiting for the dis-ease of your stress to turn into disease or some other disagreeable feeling or condition, a massage is a wonderful way to transform that yucky energy into something a little more pleasant… like bliss, relief, contentment, enjoyment, comfort. Think of it as practical self care.✨

It embodies what I have a hard time putting into words when trying to describe what I experience while giving a treatment… it inspires me in my practice daily and I receive a different healing message every time my eyes linger on it.

HOMEOSTASIS:
✨That there is a big word✨
And I hang on every letter as if my life depends on it… because it does. 🧗

“Homeostasis is the state of balance between the body's systems, which is NECESSARY FOR THE BODY TO FUNCTION AND SURVIVE.”

We are always striving to be in balance. And when we are out of balance 🫨 the ‘imbalance’ has to come forth.
When you are stressed, the imbalance of taking too much on comes forth in the form of ouchy booboo’s that come out of nowhere that put a full stop 🛑 on whatever you thought you’d be doing today and instead you find yourself on my table in a fetal position with an ice pack duct taped to your back 🥰🫶🥰 (I CAN NOT LOVE THIS SCENARIO ENOUGH!😍😂 And I always appreciate that I am on your speed dial right before 911.) However!
I encourage you all to remember that regular massage treatments can sometimes make a big difference in your overall health and keeping you in a lovely balanced state of ✨HOMEOSTASIS✨
