A program for all. Everyday life stress, injuries, chronic pain, and more all communicate to our brains that they need to “do something!” and make it more challenging to rest and repair from their effects. This workshop dials down that overwhelm and makes space for rest and repair. That state change allows your own body and brain to facilitate healing and cultivate ease.
Our time together is specifically designed for beginners as well as longtime yogis and meditators. Bring the brain and body you have!
If you think you can’t meditate, this is a great opportunity to dip a toe in. I specialize in working with people who say, “I can’t turn my mind off,” “am I doing this right?,” “it’s not for me” and other things you’ve probably thought about mediation.
Participants can really customize their experience.
