Last week was a bittersweet milestone — Michele’s last day in the OR at Plastic + Hand. After over 32 years of dedication, skill, and compassion, she’s stepping into a well-deserved retirement and a new chapter ahead.
From the moment she joined our team, Michele has been more than just a talented PA. She’s been an undeniable presence, a trusted colleague, and an unwavering advocate for our patients. Her skill in the OR was matched only by the kindness and encouragement she brought to every room – and every team member.
