🌟 Happy New Year 2025, Everyone! 🎉

I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful holiday season filled with joy and relaxation. As we welcome this new year, let’s prioritize self-care—not just when we’re in pain!

To better accommodate your needs, we’ve expanded our appointment availability to include some Saturdays! I feel incredibly blessed and thankful to continue serving the Westbrook community and surrounding areas.

Just a friendly reminder: Jennifer is available for new clients, and my current clients are also welcome to book with her! While we each have our own unique services and techniques, both of us are highly skilled, and you’ll be well cared for with either of us.

As many of my regular clients know, I am committed to attending at least one specialized training annually to enhance my skills for your benefit. This past year, I pursued training and certification in manual lymphatic drainage massage (MLD). I’ll soon be updating the service menu to include this specialized offering for you.

Here’s to a healthy, happy, and fulfilling 2025! I am always dedicated to providing you with the best possible care, and I genuinely look forward to supporting you and all my clients to the best of my abilities!

I’m thrilled to share that I’m now
officially certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage! After attending some amazing in-person trainings in Boston I’m excited to add this specialty service in the near future. Currently I’m away at an advanced skills training to make sure you get the best!
