Mom mode is a delight; a very challenging, emotional rollercoaster, sensory overload, learning experience, best thing I’ve ever done type of delight.

Whenever I do bodywork after a longer break I feel wonderful. It feels great to be good at something!! I’ve been licensed and learning since 2009, that’s a long time to practice.

Come get on my table, I’m not brand new at being an LMT! :)

The smell of ocean air
Clouds -serriously their like always diff and almost always pretty
Genuine conversations

Enjoying the simple pleasures of life, really enjoying and savoring them means you get a whole life of luxury.

CRICKETS -full stop. Seriously cricket season is my favorite time of year!!
Favorite cup of coffee, drank slow and enjoyed
Pretty clouds on your drive
The luxury of AC
Resting when your tired
Feeling strong, healthy and loved
Noticing beauty every where you look
Small moments of connection
Feeling inspired

Life is great if you can slow down and enjoy it!
