This month, we’re excited to highlight a new provider, Dr. Madeleine Hage! Dr. Hage was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Latin from Emory University before completing her Medical Degree at Tulane University. During medical school, she met her husband, and together they moved to New York to complete their residencies. She trained at North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Hospital, where she received both the SREI Award for Excellence in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and the SLS Award for Excellence in Minimally Invasive Surgery.

Outside of work, Dr. Hage loves traveling, staying active (especially with Pilates!), and cooking delicious meals with her husband.

Square Care is a management company that primarily supports a large medical group of OB/GYN and Primary Care Providers and may provide services to IPA members or other similar groups. Square Care is owned, controlled and led by physicians. Every member of the Medical Group today and tomorrow has an economic interest in the management company. Square Care provides both practice management and population health management services.
